If you have questions about your store purchase, need to exchange an item or obtain a refund please send an email to support@buglabs.net. You can also call us at 1-866-9BUGLAB (1-866-928-4522) between the hours of 9am-5pm, M-F, EST.

At present, we are unable to accept international orders. We hope to have this solved shortly, and will make an update on the company blog when it is resolved.
